1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the qqdewa website, mobile app, and all services provided by qqdewa. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon registering an account or using any part of our platform, whether for browsing, playing, or making transactions.

If you disagree with any part of this agreement, please stop using the platform immediately. qqdewa reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.

2 Member Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use the qqdewa platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. qqdewa enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage registration.
• A citizen or permanent resident living in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling activities under local laws.
• Not being on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list enforced by any authority.
• Only eligible to register one account only per individual, phone number, email address, IP address, and device.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
• Not acting as an agent or representative for any third party in any transaction on the qqdewa platform.

3 Account Management & Security

As a qqdewa account holder, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes any gaming, financial transactions, and communications made using your login credentials.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, with a minimum length of eight characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection provided by the platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device or public network.
• Notify the QQDEWA support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Qqdewa uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. That said, the security of your account also depends on the personal security practices you maintain.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Qqdewa supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia to facilitate your financial transactions. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. The minimum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 24 business hours.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same account holder's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Qqdewa does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Qqdewa offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each promotion.

• The welcome bonus is awarded to new members who make a qualifying first deposit. Wagering requirements and maximum bet limits while the bonus is active will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and credited automatically or via manual claim according to the promotion's terms.

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances confiscated.

6 Game Rules & Platform Integrity

All games on the qqdewa platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent third-party body to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and cannot be manipulated.

• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or payment mistakes for unauthorized gain is a serious violation of these terms.
• Collusion between players to manipulate live casino or other game table outcomes constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Game results displayed by the platform are final. Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours through official support channels.
• Wins obtained through methods that violate these terms may be voided and account balances may be frozen pending investigation.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Qqdewa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Using multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim bonuses without authorization.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward support staff or other members.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves or by a relevant authority.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited following a thorough internal investigation. If the termination is initiated by you and no breach has occurred, any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance requirements are met.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The qqdewa platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or service disruptions.

• Qqdewa is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or specific losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• We are not liable for any disruptions, delays, or technical failures caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Game results that have been recorded and verified by the system are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of technical disruption after the fact.
• QQDEWA's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Qqdewa reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Notification of significant changes to these terms will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notifications at least seven days before taking effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate changes for security or legal compliance reasons.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the qqdewa platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration authority.
